These terms apply to your FazeBot account and your use of the FazeBot browser extension, including its optional paid chat subscription. By creating an account, you agree to them. See the extension's privacy policy for how the extension itself handles data.
The FazeBot browser extension is free to install and use for guidance. Chatting with the AI companion requires a paid subscription, managed through the account you create here and connected to the extension via a token you paste into its popup.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for how you use the extension. Don't use the service for illegal purposes or to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.
Chat subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing portal; your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
FazeBot's replies are generated by an AI model and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Don't rely on it as the sole source of critical information.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You can stop using the service at any time by removing the extension and cancelling your subscription.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it, and our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding three months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
