Frequently asked questions

Covers Faze for Business, the Faze browser extension, and the AI phone line. Can't find your answer? Contact us.

These are first-draft answers, not final support copy — if something here is wrong or out of date, let us know.

What does Faze actually do?

Faze is an AI assistant you add to your website (or use as a browser extension) that answers visitor questions by learning your site's content, and — on paid plans — can guide visitors to the right page or fill in forms for them.

How much does it cost, and how do I cancel?

Faze for Business and the browser extension each have a free tier and a paid monthly plan — see each product's signup page for current pricing. You can cancel anytime from your account's "Manage billing" link, which opens Stripe's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How does the AI phone line work?

If your site has phone answering enabled, you forward calls you'd otherwise miss (busy, no answer) to a number Faze provisions for you — your main line still rings first. Faze picks up only what you would have missed, and can escalate to a real person if the caller needs one.

What data does Faze collect, and how do I get it deleted?

Faze crawls the public pages of your site to answer visitor questions, and logs conversations so you can see what visitors are asking. It doesn't use tracking cookies or send marketing email. You can export your account data from your dashboard, or request deletion — see our privacy contact for details.

Is my data secure?

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text, and you can enable two-factor authentication from your account's security settings for extra protection. See each product's Privacy Policy for the full picture.
