These terms apply to your FazeBot for Business account and your use of the embeddable widget. By creating an account, you agree to them.
FazeBot for Business is a subscription service: you register a website you own or are authorized to represent, we crawl its publicly visible content, and you receive an embed snippet that adds an AI chat/guide widget to that site, grounded in the content we crawled.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for having the right to register and crawl the website you submit, and for how you use the widget on your site. Don't use the service for a site you don't own or represent, for illegal content, or to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard's billing portal; your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
FazeBot's replies are generated by an AI model based on your site's crawled content and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You're responsible for monitoring what FazeBot says on your site and shouldn't rely on it as the sole source of critical information for your visitors.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You can stop using the service at any time by removing the embed snippet from your site and cancelling your subscription.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it, and our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding three months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
